Director's Note
You make our bird work possible!
As another bird-filled year comes to a close, we are deeply grateful for all we’ve achieved together. From our research efforts at Hays Woods to our education programs in the Laurel Highlands, we remain steadfast in our mission to help birds by transforming ecosystems through innovative research, education, and community-driven conservation.
We continue to pioneer methods for studying birds that are gaining recognition and having a profound impact on struggling ecosystems, transforming them into thriving landscapes for birds and other wildlife. Our work informs vital conservation strategies, such as native plant restoration in collaboration with our good friends at the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy at Hays Woods.
We are committed to engaging diverse communities in our efforts and inspiring the next generation to protect our ecosystems. Your financial contributions ensure we can continue to nurture and strengthen ecosystems for both birds and people.
Together, we can ensure that future generations will marvel at the beauty and diversity of thriving bird populations. Your donation makes it all possible.
Warmly,
Nick Liadis
